Members of Rippingale Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the
Meeting on Monday 9 October 2023 at 7.00 pm at Rippingale Village Hall, Station Street. Members of the public are invited to attend. The Meeting will be preceded by a Public Forum (up to 10-Minutes) to allow comments and issues to be brought to the attention of the Council starting at 7.00pm. Councillor attendance is required at this Forum. Matters requiring a decision will appear on the next Meeting Agenda. The Council Meeting will commence on the conclusion of the Forum. Please note that video footage and comments may be recorded and published in the press or on social media. Anyone not wishing to be filmed should sit on the back row of the public area. Anyone videoing the Meeting must not include somebody on the back row. Following the Meeting or prior to any Closed Session, the Chairman will open a 5-minute Public Forum for any comments.

Playing Field.
5.3 To consider and discuss repairs/maintenance of the War Memorial.
5.4 To consider and discuss mains water connection at the Allotments.
5.5 To consider repairs to Play Equipment on the Jubilee Playing Field.
5.6 To consider the grounds maintenance for the allotments.
5.7 To consider Village maintenance.
5.8 To discuss Village Hedge cutting tender for 2023 (Closed Session)
