Members of Rippingale Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting on
13th October 2025 at 7.00 pm at Rippingale Village Hall, Station Street, Rippingale.
Members of the public are invited to attend.
Councillor attendance is required at this Forum. Matters requiring a further discussion and/or decision that do not appear on this Meeting Agenda will be considered for inclusion on the next Meeting Agenda. The Council Meeting will commence on the conclusion of the Forum. Please note that the meeting may be recorded and published in the press and/or on social media. Anyone not wishing to be filmed should sit on the back row of the public area and any such video of the Meeting must not include the back row.
Following the Meeting, or prior to any Closed Session, the Chairman will open a Public Forum to last around 15 minutes for any comments resulting from the Formal Meeting.

6.4.1 Allotment Water Supply
6.4.1.1 To receive an update of the Deed of Easement
6.4.1.2 To discuss and review the alternative quotes for on-site pipework for the water supply at the allotments
6.4.1.3 To receive an Anglian Water updated quote for Hydrant connection only for the allotments
6.4.1.4 To discuss the view to promote water harvesting and to invest in creating communal stations
6.4.2 To discuss and review re-sizing plots to provide smaller areas that may increase interest
6.4.3 To review the culvert repair at the entrance to the allotments.
6.5 Overgrown Hedges
6.5.1 To discuss and review the ownership at Grinder’s Lane
6.5.2 To discuss and review the Hedge cutting tender for 2025, to include the tickle cut mid growing season.

6.7.5 To Discuss request to lay pipe work across the JPF to main surface water drain from development at 30 East Street.
6.8 War Memorial To discuss update of names and maintenance of the war memorial.
6.9 Dovecot – To discuss parking issue at the Dovecot
6.10 Feedback from SKDC walkabout in Sept 2024
6.10.1 Removing 30mph signs on East St.
6.10.2 Re-positioning 30mph signs on Station St West to A15 and/or adding a footpath
6.11 WMEL – To receive an update on National Grid proposal for a pylon route South of Rippingale
