Members of Rippingale Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting on  
11th August 2025 at 7.00 pm at Rippingale Village Hall, Station Street, Rippingale. 
Members of the public are invited to attend.  
The Meeting will be preceded by a Public Forum (starting at 7.00pm for up to 15-Minutes) to allow comments and 
issues to be brought to the attention of the Council.     
Councillor attendance is required at this Forum.  Matters requiring a further discussion and/or decision that do not appear on 
this Meeting Agenda will be considered for inclusion on the next Meeting Agenda. The Council Meeting will commence on 
the conclusion of the Forum. Please note that the meeting may be recorded and published in the press and/or on social 
media. Anyone not wishing to be filmed should sit on the back row of the public area and any such video of the Meeting must 
not include the back row.  
Following the Meeting, or prior to any Closed Session, the Chairman will open a 2nd  Public Forum to last around 15 minutes 
for any comments resulting from the Formal Meeting.

1.0 To receive Apologies for Absence and approve Reasons Given.

4.1 JPF Septic tank cleaning – ongoing 
4.2  Allotments:- The RGAG has requested the following:  
4.2.1 
permission to install a Water collection stations on the site. Phase 1: - 2 IBC’s (white 1000 
litre tanks) at the back of the seating area, 4 IBC’s at the side of the container/shed. 
Proposals have already been circulated to Cllrs 
4.2.2 permission to hold an Open Day Sunday 7th September 10-12 noon – RGAG will carry out 
a risk assessment. Advertising poster previously circulated4.2.3 
4.2.4 clarification regarding the insurance cover for volunteers working on RPC areas within
 the grass cutting, vacant plots, open days etc 
4.2.5 permission to take drone footage of the allotments for advertising purposes. This will be 
carried out while no-one is on site. Owner of the drone has the appropriate licence. 
4.2.6 permission to advertise in the Village Voice and an article in the Newsletter. A copy of ‘On 
the plot’ flyer has previously been circulated to Cllrs 
4.2.7 To terminate Plot 4 tenancy due to 5 – E (maintenance) of the tenancy not being upheld 
4.2.8 To discuss plot 30 & 31 end of tenancy clearance
4.2.9 To receive Feedback regarding break in event on 5th August 2025
