All Meetings are preceded by a Public Forum commencing at 7pm, unless otherwise stated on the Agenda. This is to give press and public the opportunity to feedback, ask questions or raise issues to the Council; the Council Meeting will commence on conclusion of the Public Forum; approx. 7.10pm. There will also be a short Public Forum on conclusion of the Meeting, or prior to any Closed Session.
Everyone is welcome to observe the Council Meeting but please note that you are not permitted to speak unless stated on the Agenda or specifically invited to by the Council.
The Agenda is published at least 3 days prior to each Meeting and will detail the topics for discussion, the proposed decisions (Resolutions), and any changes to the dates, times and location. Please check the Council website or Notice Board for details.
