Notice of Publication of The Rippingale Neighbourhood Plan
Rippingale Parish Council, as the qualifying body, has prepared a Neighbourhood Plan for its area. The Plan proposes a vision and objectives for the Neighbourhood area. In addition to containing a number of planning policies which will be used in the determination of planning applications locally.
The Rippingale Neighbourhood Plan was formally submitted to the South Kesteven District Council in June 2022. It is concluded that the Rippingale Neighbourhood Plan has met each of the specified submission criteria as outlined in current legislation. Therefore, the Submission of the Rippingale Neighbourhood Plan has been accepted by SKDC to proceed to its statutory consultation and subsequent examination.
Representations on the Rippingale Neighbourhood Plan are invited during a six-week period between 26 September 2022 and 7 November 2022.
A copy of the Rippingale Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents/ evidence base will be available to view on the District Councils website at;

All representations must be received by the Council no later than 11:59 on the 7 November 2022. Any submissions received after this deadline may not be considered. The Council encourages the use of the designated response form (available on the Council website using the link above).

Hardcopy versions of the NP Document may be available to view within the parish area – Further information on where the document may be viewed can be found on the SKDC Rippingale Neighbourhood Plan webpage
Please note - that all representations will be publicly available (but redacted) and will be forwarded for consideration by the independent inspector appointed to carry out an examination of the Rippingale Neighbourhood Plan. Anyone making a representation will be notified when the inspectors final report has been published.
